Havasu Falls

Approximately 200 miles from Phoenix, Arizona to Peach Springs, another 60 miles to Hualapai Hilltop, and a final 10 miles into a red rock canyon, a hidden paradise awaits: Havasu Falls, an awe-inspiring 90-foot waterfall with a distinct turquoise color sure to make you think of a tropical forest rather than a desert. People from around the world make the long trip to see these falls, and when I traveled there myself last April, it was easy to see why.
