Tanzania: The Great Migration (SOLD OUT)
Feburary 18-27 2022
February is wildebeest calving season on the vast plains of the southern Serengeti. Over 1.5 million wildebeest, along with hundreds of thousands of zebra, gazelle and other herbivores, pause on their annual circuit to enjoy grasses made green by recent rains and to give birth to the next generation. In the space of just 2– 3 weeks, approximately 500,000 newborn wildebeest emerge into the world. Such an abundance of prey naturally attracts huge numbers of predators including lions, cheetahs, jaguars and hyenas – life and death dramas play out constantly on the endless savannah. Welcome to the Great Migration, Africa’s most iconic event and wildlife photography nirvana! If you’ve never been to Africa, you couldn’t pick a better time and place to add a big check mark to the bucket list.

Polar Bear Capital of the World
Every autumn, hungry polar bears gather along Hudson Bay’s western shore anticipating the annual freeze-up that provides access to their primary food source, seals. The Churchill region is one of the first places where the Hudson freezes solid becoming a natural funnel for bears’ access to the ice – that’s why Churchill is known as the “Polar Bear Capital of the World” and the premier place to capture portfolio-worthy images of polar bears and other arctic wildlife in their natural habitat.
